Breakfast Casserole-Biscuits, Bacon, and Sausage

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 20 ounces of Canned Biscuits
  • 1/2 pound Sausage
  • 8-10 Slices Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onions Chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons Chopped Chives
  • 2 cups of Shredded Cheese any kind (divided)
  • Salt & Pepper (sprinkle as little or as much as you like)

INSTRUCTIONS: Cook your favorite sausage, chop, set aside.Cook bacon, allow to cool, chop it into smaller pieces and set aside.Mix eggs and milk. Set aside. 
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each (X) and place it into the bottom of the baking dish.Layer sausage and bacon on top of the biscuits.Add green onions to the top of this as well as the chopped chives.Top this with cheese then pour the egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Add remaining cheese to the top.Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

Notes: This can be made ahead of time and placed into the refrigerator the night before and baked the next morning. You can also add bell pepper, mushrooms, to this to change it up a little. I hope y’all enjoy this as much as we do.
