Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 6 Tablespoons melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, whisk to combine. Ladle batter onto waffle iron that has been sprayed with non stick spray and cook until golden brown. Store leftovers in freezer safe container or bag for up to 3 months.
