pan – spray with non stick spray (you can get one like it HERE)
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
• 4 cups Rotini pasta
• 1 jar Roasted Garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce (you can get it HERE)
• 1 cup milk
Directions: • Cook chicken – cut into bite size pieces • Add sauce to the pan with chicken • Add 1 cup of milk – stir well • Add the mixture to the pan, pouring it over the Rotini pasta • Cover with foil (you can get it HERE) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit 30-45 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add 2 cups of cheese to the top and place back into the oven until cheese is melty. Please see the video below for visual instructions.
NOTE: in the video, I give instructions to broil until cheese is melted- NO NO NO, do not do this. I have recently learned that broiling a glass dish for too long could cause it to break inside the oven.
