Start by crushing 7 cookies. Set aside.
Fill muffin pan with cupcake liners & put
a cookie into the bottom of each one.
1 pound of cream cheese (16 ounces)
1/2 cup sugar
Mix well then add:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix a little more, then add:
1/2 cup sour cream
Fold in crushed cookies.
Fill each liner until it is 3/4 full.
Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
These are perfect for any day of the week,
and super to take to a family get together,
party, or holiday event. No slicing or plate needed.
Just pass them out and watch them enjoy your dessert.
