Start by crushing 7 cookies. Set aside. Fill muffin pan with cupcake liners & put a cookie into the bottom of each one. Ingredients: 1 pound of cream cheese (16 ounces) 1/2 cup sugar Mix well then add: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs Mix a little more, then add: 1/2 cup sour cream Mix again. Fold in crushed cookies. Fill each liner until it is 3/4 full. Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
