PEPPER JACK CHICKEN
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray 8×8 or 9×13 pan with non stick spray
INGREDIENTS: 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
1-2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup milk
6 Tablespoons melted butter
4-6 slices pepper jack cheese (or provolone if you don’t do spicy)
1 box chicken flavored stuffing (I used Stove Top)
DIRECTIONS: Place chicken in baking dish and lay sliced cheese on top. Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and spread evenly over cheese. Top with stuffing Pour melted butter over the top Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes I serve this up with a side of rice and a vegetable.
