Mississippi Pot Roast

Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:

1 chuck roast (3 pounds)

1 packet of ranch seasoning

1 packet of gravy  mix (brown or au jus)

1 stick of butter (yes-1 whole stick)

6-8 pepperoncini peppers 

Directions: Place all ingredients into the slow cooker, cook on low 6-8 hours. Don’t peek 😉 Serve over rice. Please watch the video below for visual instructions.
