Banana Pudding – homemade from scratch: I recommend watching the entire video below- this will give you step by step instructions on how it is done. If you don’t cook the pudding mixture long enough, it will be runny and won’t firm properly. Thanks for watching!
4 large egg yolks
1 cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons self rising flour
2 cups of milk (whole or 2%)
1 box Vanilla Wafers
2-3 Ripe Bananas
Layers are vanilla wafers, banana, pudding mixture, and repeat.
